Grown on smallholder plots, sun-dried on woven mats in the village square, and hand-sorted by the women of the cooperative before being sealed for the journey.
Harvested after the rains and sun-dried through winter; freshest lots land between November and January.
Hand-ground Aleppo-style Maraş pepper from southeastern Turkey. Sun-dried then tossed in cold-pressed oil. Earthy, raisin-sweet, mild heat.
