Who makes it

Single-origin spices sourced directly from smallholder farms in 27 countries. Public-benefit corporation. Spices arrive within months of harvest, often the same season.

Where it comes from

Anatolia — the old country around New York, where the soil, weather, and water shape what comes out of the ground. This product can only taste the way it does because it's from here, and nowhere else.

How it's harvested & produced

Grown on smallholder plots, sun-dried on woven mats in the village square, and hand-sorted by the women of the cooperative before being sealed for the journey.
